A Letter From Our CEO: 12/17/2020 UPDATE ON ORDERS

 

Hey BrüFam!



Like many other brands, we are experiencing some unfortunate shipping delays. We sincerely apologize if this delay is impacting your order - especially during the holidays. If you are a first-time customer, know that this is not the typical BrüMate experience. While we are doing our best to ensure every customer is satisfied, our hands are tied.

At this point, we have sent as many replacement packages out as possible and are hopeful for a 12/25 delivery, however, we have reached the shipping cut-off time with carriers and can no longer ship out additional packages for a 12/25 arrival.




  • If you ordered before the 2 day shipping cut-off of 12/15 and your package has not delivered by 12/25, we will provide accommodations.


  • If your shipment has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, we will process a full refund.


  • If you receive your items and no longer want them, you can start a free return at returns.brumate.com.



  • Keep in mind we are still seeing thousands of packages delivered every day, so they may still deliver in time for gifting. If your order does not deliver by December 25th, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to provide accommodations for you. With the huge volume of emails we are currently receiving at the moment, it may take 3-4 days for us to respond.
